#AceBookNews – Sept.13: There have been few authors who have captured children’s imaginations quite like Roald Dahl.
His dark humour and mischievous personality shone throughout his novels and he displayed a kind of writing style that few other authors managed to achieve – he didn’t treat his readers like they were children and he wasn’t scared of displaying a few of the harsher realities of life.
On what would have been Roald Dahl’s 99th birthday, we take a look at some of the worries he left us with after reading his most famous children’s stories.
